Expertise

The Graduate Realtor Institute designation was completed in December of 2010. Through the GRI program, sales professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, technology and other real estate topics. The program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to their clients. The GRI is a nationally-recognized professional designation. Currently, approximately one in eight REALTORS in Tennessee holds the GRI designation.
Prior to opening her own firm in August 2015, Paula was affiliated with a large franchised company where she also served as Principal Broker and CEO.

The Certified Residential Specialist was completed in April of 2013. CRS agents take their business seriously. They are the trend-setters, the pace-setters—the REALTORS® who really get things done. They talk to clients all day, every day and work hard to develop long-term relationships. They are trusted sources of referrals and resources, from enders to home inspectors to movers and home goods.
The majority of real estate transactions are handled by a small percentage of real estate agents. These are the best agents in the industry and these agents are often Certified Residential Specialists. 31,000 CRS members are among the top 3 percent of residential REALTORS®. CRS agents sell more, make more and influence more consumers than the average REALTOR®
